Sedona has long been one of Laurie’s personal retreat locations. She brings others to this area as often as she can as it is one of the most spiritual places on the globe. In 2019 Laurie is partnering with Sedona Shaman Mark Griffon to provide a special retreat in Sedona that combines some of her favorite places to energetically recharge and activate our physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies. It is a place to discover inner self, heal if needed, understand and put forth outer goals, actions. We spend time understanding and activating the spirit energy.
Retreat cost is $700.00. Retreat includes materials, ceremonies and circles, and personal time with Laurie or Mark for energy work. Group meditation, a shopping excursion to visit some favorite crystal stores or other good ‘spots’. Transportation to our land adventures and sacred sites and the shopping excursion is included. Class time or group time will be on the land or on site at the private space of Mark Griffon, Sedona Mystical Tours. We will enjoy a medicine wheel, healing grid, fire, star gazing, sound healing and more. We will spend time on the land and in a group, but you will have time for a bit of shopping and other healing sessions can be arranged (massage, reiki, cranial sacral massage, and more). You must be able to walk comfortable distances. Our trails, distance, and difficulty will be modified by group ability and weather. Usually 4-5 miles each day – slow pace and not strenuous. Outings and land visits will be morning to early afternoon with late afternoons and some evenings available for you to have quiet time, shop or explore the area of Sedona. Trails may be adjusted depending on messages either Laurie or Mark are directed to based on the group or need of individuals.
Retreat does not include airfare, lodging, and transportation to the hotel. Shuttle service from PHX to Sedona is available for $45 or you may rent a car.
Hotel: I have arranged great rates at the WildFlower Inn in the Village of Oak Creek – this is 7 miles from downtown Sedona and away from the touristy areas – yet close enough to get to all we will be doing, seeing and experiencing. Say that you will be there for the Laurie Wondra YourLifeCore Retreat and the rates have been arranged with Margarita. if you have trouble getting these rates, please let me know. This is a small Quaint hotel that is simple yet has great views and close access to some shops and restaurants. The rate total for 4 nites with tax is $404.08 – that is with 2 double-bed room rate is $89 for Wed/Thur and $99 for Saturday and Sunday. You can upgrade to fireplace or jacuzzi room if you want. If you want to share the room, you can split these costs with that person. We will be on the land or out and about during this time, yet it will be important to have comfortable, quiet place to rest and acclimate the energies we will be experiencing.

Sept 6-9, 2018. Crow Wing Crest Lodge – $444. The Crow Wing Crest Lodge is located in Akeley MN. This is a cabin resort sitting on 11th Crow Wing Lake. There are 3-5 people per modern cabin. Spa services offered at the resort for additional fees include AMAZING massage, reflexology, reiki. Laurie will be doing an evening group channel with personal messages.

Walking the Camino de Santiago has been on Laurie’s bucket list since she was a child. It is a spiritual journey to walk the trail that thousands walk each year. The Camino de Santiago (the Way of St. James) is a large network of ancient pilgrim routes stretching across Europe and coming together at the tomb of the Apostle James (Santiago in Spanish) who brought Christianity to the Iberian Peninsula. On this journey, you will be following in the footsteps of hundreds of thousands of pilgrims who have made the journey on foot since the 8th century. The Camino is for many a life-changing experience and always an unforgettable adventure!
This trip includes walking the last 70 miles of the Camino, which means that you can request your Compostela, or certificate of completion of the pilgrimage. You will be walking through beautiful oak woodlands, fragrant eucalyptus forests, and traditional Galician villages. This region of Spain is famous for its seafood, cheeses, and wines, and you will taste them all on this adventure. Throughout the trip, those not walking will ride in the group’s private shuttle and meet up with the walkers at “checkpoints” along the way. There will be opportunities to visit small villages and hamlets along the route and enjoy time at leisure to explore.
Laurie is providing a unique experience on this trip that will accommodate avid walkers and those that want to experience the Camino de Santiago but may not want to walk the entire trip. Shuttle service is provided each day. Where many trips complete their trek at the Santiago Cathedral, Laurie has also arranged for the group to travel by bus to the end of this trail, or lands-end, where the trail ends at the Atlantic Ocean at the sanctuary of A Virxe da Barca in Muxia. This is truly an incredible experience where you can walk as much of the trail or a little. Your belongings will be transported each day to the hotels, so the only thing you carry on your trek is a daypack for water or snacks. Villages along the way provide ample opportunity to replenish.
