Laurie has always known of her gifts, but she began her human path in the corporate world with a successful career in information technology. She's worked for large and small public and private organizations in the industries of engineering, manufacturing, finance, airlines, agriculture, and hospitality. Her natural leadership, intuitive skills, and passion for people moved her quickly into global management roles. Her love of science and people and her background in Information Technology created a balance in her corporate work. She learned to utilize her intuition for research, problem resolution, making recommendations, or setting strategic directions. Often asked to attend other department meetings and events to offer opinions or observations, it was a natural step to become a certified coach and trainer focusing on effective teams, conflict management, strategic sourcing, and more.   Now, 30+ years later, Laurie consults with individuals and executives at many levels of organizations, helping them to strategize and deliver on their future in technology services and organizational talent. These same principles apply to large and small businesses and individuals or teams.  Laurie believes that the universe continues to keep her involved in corporate settings and managing her business so she can help others during their business or personal transformation.
