This is a favorite meditation Laurie uses to clear, transmute energy and reconnect us with source. Laurie begins by in the four Archangels of the directions, the guiding animal spirits of those directions and the elements that support this space. This sacred circle is opened and held for us to clear and heal our energy bodies, with the transmutation of old energy, beliefs, and wounds now moved to light and health.
Laurie starts with clearing and acknowledging the chakra centers, followed by explanation and activation of the violet flame to restore core energy to original source of balanced masculine and feminine fields. Finally, the activation of the golden light of consciousness and gratitude to the helpers and healers of the universe, the angels that govern and support our journey.
