This is a handmade necklace. The pendant is a real beaver claw with a larvikite bead strung on deer leather lace.

Each stone, crystal, animal bone, animal horn, has metaphysical properties that can help aid in specific situations, help boost certain body functions/body parts, and can even offer different insight into the seen and unseen world around us. Below is a list of all the different gemstones and animal pieces used in this necklace and their healing properties.

Beaver: Helps one be more productive, motivated, and industrious. This animal helps remove barriers in one’s projects so that one may get to work. Even when one wants to give in and quit, beaver helps one push past those feelings while digging deep into one’s inner being helping one to keep pushing onward. This animal also helps bring people together and find common ground, interests, passions, and goals.

Larvikite: Is a very protective and grounding stone. It is a very cleansing stone that helps one realign and connect to Mother Earth. It stimulates inner visions, enhances, psychic abilities, and helps one to recall the past while providing clarity to what we see. It repels negative energy and increases confidence in using one’s intuition, intellect, and inner wisdom.   

Deer: This animal helps you to seek safe people and safe places. Deer helps you to trust in your gut instinct and to go out in to the world and live life. Also to be gentle with yourself and others.

Most Necklaces I make are very long and actually to big for most people. The ends of the leather used for the necklaces are knotted twice and can easily be cut and retied so you can easily make the length of the necklace shorter to best suit your look and body type. The reason I did this, is so my hand made necklaces can fit anyone. It is best to have the necklace to long, yet easily resizable, then to be to small and unable to be resized at all.
