This is a handmade necklace. The pendant is carved cow bone in the shape of a turtle. The beaded necklace part is made of dyed buffalo bone beads, metal spacer beads, jet beads and sodalite beads on deer leather lace. This necklace is NOT adjustable (has large lobster clasp closing)

Buffalo: Represents abundance whether it be food, water, shelter, or money. Buffalo also represents strength and endurance to face any task at hand and come out on top. Also known to get you through hard situations that require a lot of mental thought or physical strength.
Sodalite: Brings your attention to the qualities of idealism and truth. Its energy may stimulate you to live up to your own ideals and ideas, about the nature of truth. Stimulates creative abilities and it aids teachers, writers and students to understand the deeper philosophical principles.
Jet: Represents protection against physical pain, illness, violence, mental and psychic attacks. It was often used as a shaman stone in Native American Tribes. It also helps with clairvoyance and helps the user figure out their place in life.

This necklace is NOT adjustable. It has a bigger lobster clasp to make easier to put on and take off then most other necklaces with closing type clasps. If you want this necklace WITHOUT the lobster clasp please let me know. Most necklaces I make are very long and have tied ends which allow the wearer to slip over the head and readjust to fit them better.
