Solitude depicts a crystal tower on a forested island that is floating in the sky. This island is surrounded by mystical flying sky whales that are dancing in rainbow light while a man peacefully fishes off the side of the floating island.

I wanted to make a piece that shows the blissful side of spending time in solitude. People often think being alone is a bad thing, but sometimes it is required to help us reconnect with our inner self. Sometimes our minds get so clouded by all the technology that is constantly in our faces all day long. Taking some time to decompress in a magical and whimsical spot in nature can really help unwind from all the stress. You may not be able to go to an actual floating sky island like what is depicted in the picture, but I do hope that you have your own little slice of nature you can visit from time to time. If you do not, then hopefully this image can help aid you in finding one.
