Sound Healing - Virtual or in person

Sound and light carry a measurable frequency. Solfeggio’s musical scale, Do-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La-Ti is seven ascending notes. Each note has a frequency measured in Hz (Hertz). The body resonates with the vibrational value of sound. Our chakras functional as a portal for energy transference between external and internal sources. When all our chakras are open and spinning at their optimal rate, we are aligned, and we can absorb and contain more light in our physical bodies.

The main six Solfeggio frequencies have been used in over 150 Gregorian chants. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency believed to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in alignment:

396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear UT- (Do) Root Chakra Red

417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change RE- Sacral Chakra Orange

528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair) Me- Solar Chakra Yellow

963 Hz – Higher Frequency Ti– Crown Chakra Violet

The earth frequencies continue to rise, as do the frequencies of our bodies. To help us align and acclimate to these frequencies, we can use sound and vibration to clear old energy, expand and infuse us with a light frequency that helps us with clarity, peace, calm and creativity with breaking up old energy patterns or stuck beliefs.

Laurie uses sound healing and vibrational tones of Tibetan and crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, drums, Solfeggio Tubes and voice, during healing or meditation. Instruments, voice and vibration help heal and elevate the physical and etheric energy bodies as part of Acoustic Technologies TM.

Laurie offers private one-on-one Sound Healing sessions and monthly virtual group meditation sessions. Allow her to take you on a sound and vibrational journey, letting the energy wash over, around and through. Laurie moves the energy patterns and grids to create healing and expansion.

For Centuries and lifetimes, the drum has brought communities and families together for ceremony, celebration, and monumental times in history. Laurie has had the opportunity to sit in some powerful international drumming circles. She's been honored to sit with healers and wisdom keepers that have share their gifts with her. She has a calling to bring and share the heartbeat of mother earth with those who are called to sit at the drum.

This drumming circle is centered around a 24-inch buffalo drum where Shaman have gathered. Attendees will experience the vibrational energy of this sacred piece by either playing this drum or sitting in its vibration.

These are powerful times, and we use the vibration of the drum to release old energy patterns, breaking open spaces to infuse with divine energy. and the natural flow of love and light. The drums frequency and connection to the ancients will fill the room and your heart with its magic healing energy. This is an open drum circle, and no prior experience is needed. Bring your own drum or use one of ours. Drum or sing with us or relax and listen to the drumming of the group. We’ll welcome the connection of mother earth, father sky, grandmother moon and grandfather universe and a community of drummers. Laurie’s Shamanic healing energy, combined with the healers of other realms opens hearts, removes blockages, and infuses you with energy that will help you on your journey.
