Welcome to July, As we integrate the powerful June solstice energies and enter a new chapter, we enter the third quarter of 2023. This is a month of anticipation and possibility. The stakes are high, and we continue to ride the waves of this massive energetic shift unfolding.

I’ve found there have been a few days I’ve slept 10-12 hours, then the next I’m only sleeping 3-4 hours. It’s a time to listen to what your body needs, and just go with it. Learning to listen and trust. It is essential to trust that everything is unfolding as it should.
Faith and tuning into the sacred vibrations of your heart will provide you the strength to move through this any significant changes. Each experience, challenge, and opportunity we encounter is a necessary part of our personal and collective growth. And for many, you are experiencing HUGE changes. Life altering, perspective shifting change.
